Hi there, I'm Christie Stuart. I'm a Registered Nurse and a Board Certified Nurse Coach. I have worked more than a decade in Interventional Pain Management. I hate watching my Spine Squad (that's what I call my friends with back pain) suffer with pain. So I went back to school and studied with some of the leading authorities in pain recovery. When pain lasts more than 3 months it is likely that it has become "neuroplastic" which means it is hardwired in the brain and the nervous system and this has a significant impact on the level of pain you will experience.
